The Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) of Prosperidad actively supported the Municipal Government of Prosperidad’s Pro-Serbisyo on Wheels, bringing essential agricultural and animal health services closer to the residents of Barangay Azpetia.

Through the activity, 26 livestockβ€”19 carabaos and 7 goatsβ€”received deworming treatment to help maintain their health and productivity.

A total of 40 livestock farmers were provided with vitamin supplements and disinfectants to support animal health, farm sanitation, and biosecurity practices.

The MAO also distributed vegetable seeds to 20 farmers, encouraging backyard and household vegetable production and contributing to local food security.

Meanwhile, 5 petsβ€”3 dogs and 2 catsβ€”received rabies vaccination as part of the municipality’s continuing efforts to prevent rabies and promote responsible pet ownership.

These accomplishments demonstrate the MAO Prosperidad’s commitment to bringing accessible, responsive, and community-based agricultural services directly to farmers, livestock raisers, and residents through the Pro-Serbisyo on Wheels initiative of Municipal Mayor Frederick P. Mellana.
