As part of the flagship agricultural programs of the Local Government Unit of Prosperidad, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Frederick P. Mellana, the Municipal Agriculture Office, headed by Municipal Agriculturist Marlita Cortez, continues to provide agricultural mechanization support to local corn farmers through its tractor service program.

The initiative aims to help farmers reduce land preparation costs, address labor shortages, and improve farm productivity by providing access to farm machinery. While the tractor service is offered at an affordable service fee, it is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞, as the collected fees are used to cover the operation, fuel, maintenance, and repair of the equipment, ensuring that the service remains sustainable and continuously available to the farming community.

Corn farmers who wish to avail of the tractor service are encouraged to visit or contact the Municipal Agriculture Office for scheduling, service requirements, and other details. The office remains committed to providing efficient and accessible agricultural support services that contribute to increased productivity and improved livelihoods for the farmers of Prosperidad.
