The DILG Prosperidad hosted the Monthly Team Conference of the Provincial DILG Office of Agusan del Sur, headed by Provincial Director Arleen Ann R. Sanchez, bringing together DILG personnel from the Provincial Office and various field offices across the province.
The conference served as an avenue to discuss important updates, accomplishments, ongoing programs and activities, and priority concerns of the Department. It also provided an opportunity for personnel to strengthen coordination, share insights, and address operational matters affecting the delivery of DILG programs and services.
The activity underscored the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication in advancing the Departmentβs mandate and providing responsive technical assistance and support to local government units.
Through regular team conferences, the DILG Agusan del Sur Provincial Office, under the leadership of Provincial Director Arleen Ann R. Sanchez, continues to strengthen unity and collaboration among its personnel toward more effective and responsive local governance
