The DILG Prosperidad, together with the 32 barangays of the Municipality of Prosperidad, participated in the Online Orientation on the βSK Officials Eligibility Orientation and Preparation and Preparations for Incoming Barangay and SK Elections.β
The orientation featured discussions on the Rules Governing the Grant of Eligibility to Sangguniang Kabataan Officials, facilitated by Jason Radaza, providing participants with important information on the eligibility requirements and guidelines for SK officials.
Meanwhile, Karen Adalid discussed DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-021, which covers the Inventory and Turnover of Barangay and SK Properties, Financial Records, Documents (BSK PFRDs), and Money Accountabilities by all incumbent Barangay and SK Officials, as well as the creation of the Barangay and SK Inventory Team and the City/Municipal Assessment and Transition Team in preparation for the incoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections.
The discussions provided barangay and SK officials with essential guidance to ensure proper compliance, accountability, and preparedness for the upcoming elections.
