𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺

The Municipality of Prosperidad, led by Mayor Frederick Mark Mellana, has officially endorsed the first batch of identified reformists to the Balay Silangan Reformation Center in Sibagat under an existing MOA between the two LGUs.

Validated by MADAC/BADAC, the beneficiaries received guidance and encouragement during the activity. Sibagat MADAC Focal Person Dondon Ilagan presented the program overview, while Prosperidad MADAC Focal Person Ethel Zeljee Kay Lim inspired participants to commit to positive change.

This initiative reflects both municipalities’ shared commitment to rehabilitation, recovery, and reintegration toward safer, drug-free communities. Importantly, this program should not be taken negatively, as its primary goal is the welfare and betterment of the clients providing them with support, guidance, and a chance to rebuild their lives.
