Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) Jorem J. Luzon of DILG Prosperidad participated in the “Unleashing Changes: The LGSF SubayBAYANI Showcase” conducted by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Caraga through its Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU).

The learning activity equipped C/MLGOOs and LGU participants with the Most Significant Change (MSC) storytelling technique, enabling them to effectively document and communicate the impact of locally funded projects in preparation for the FY 2026 Regional SubayBAYANI Awards.

Through the activity, participants gained valuable insights on transforming project accomplishments into compelling stories that highlight meaningful change, reinforcing DILG’s commitment to responsive, accountable, and people-centered local governance.
