During the 3rd Quarter Joint Meeting of the Sangguniang Kabataan Council (SKC) and Local Youth Development Council (LYDC), Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) Jorem Luzon conducted an orientation for SK Chairpersons on the proper conduct of the SK Inventory and Turnover.

The discussion focused on the proper procedures and requirements for the inventory and turnover of SK properties, records, documents, and other accountabilities, emphasizing the importance of proper documentation and transparency in the management of SK resources.

MLGOO Luzon also reminded the SK Chairpersons of their responsibility to ensure an orderly and accountable turnover, particularly in safeguarding government properties and maintaining complete records for the continuity of SK programs and services.

The orientation provided the SK officials with practical guidance to strengthen their compliance, accountability, and responsible management of SK resources in their respective barangays.

DILG Prosperidad continues to provide technical assistance and guidance to SK officials in promoting transparent, accountable, and effective youth governance.
