PROSPERIDAD, Agusan del Sur—The Municipal Planning and Development Services Office (MPDSO) conducted its monthly office meeting to discuss key updates, review office accomplishments, and strengthen coordination among personnel in the implementation of development programs and activities.

The meeting provided an opportunity for staff members to assess the status of ongoing projects, address operational concerns, and identify strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery. Discussions also focused on upcoming activities, work targets, and priority initiatives aligned with the municipality’s development goals.

The gathering highlighted the importance of collaboration, accountability, and effective communication in ensuring the successful implementation of plans and programs that support local development and community welfare.
