In line with the continued implementation of Republic Act No. 11032, otherwise known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, the Municipality of Prosperidad is set to conduct an orientation on the submission of Citizensβ Charter and other Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA)-related requirements for all barangays, the activity was facilitated by CART Focal Person Emmaree Sagrado and Ian Clark Perez from the Mayors Office.
RA 11032 means maintaining an updated Citizensβ Charter, streamlining frontline services, posting service standards in visible areas, and ensuring that constituents receive prompt and efficient government services.
MLGOO Jorem Luzon, as resource speaker, discussed the importance of complying with Republic Act No. 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018. He emphasized that the Citizensβ Charter is more than just a compliance documentβit is a commitment to providing faster, more transparent, and more responsive government services to the public.
In simple terms, RA 11032 helps ensure that citizens can access government services without unnecessary delays, complicated procedures, or excessive bureaucracy.
Through the orientation, participants gained a better understanding of the standards and procedures necessary to ensure compliance with ARTA policies and the proper implementation of the Citizensβ Charter.
