2026 𝖶𝖾𝗍 𝖲𝖾𝖺𝗌𝗈𝗇 𝖯𝗅𝖺𝗇𝗇𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖬𝖾𝖾𝗍𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝖳𝖺𝗋𝗀𝖾𝗍 𝖧𝖺𝗋𝗆𝗈𝗇𝗂𝗓𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇

Rice Coordinator Mary Rose Felipe represented the Municipal Agriculture Office of Prosperidad in the 2026 Wet Season Planning Meeting and Target Harmonization held in Butuan City.

The activity brought together rice program coordinators and agricultural stakeholders to review the current status of rice production, harmonize production targets, validate intervention requirements, and strengthen coordination among implementing offices.

These efforts are essential to ensure the timely and effective implementation of rice development programs throughout the 2026 wet cropping season.

The planning meeting also served as a venue to align strategies, identify priority interventions, and discuss program updates that will further enhance rice productivity and support local farmers. Through collaborative planning and coordinated implementation, the Department of Agriculture and local government units continue to work together in promoting a resilient, productive, and sustainable rice industry.

The Municipal Agriculture Office of Prosperidad, under the leadership of Municipal Agriculturist Marlita Cortez and with the support of Municipal Mayor Frederick Mark P. Mellana, remains committed to strengthening agricultural programs and delivering responsive services that improve the productivity and livelihood of rice farmers in the municipality.
