2nd Philippine Multinational Joint Speleological Expedition

The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur, through the Provincial Tourism Office of Agusan del Sur and DENR Caraga, successfully conducted the 2nd Philippine–Multinational Joint Speleological Expedition from October 17 to November 3, 2025.

In partnership with local and international caving experts, the expedition focused on cave mapping and documentation in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur, Rosario, Agusan del Sur, and Veruela, Agusan del Sur.

A total of 5,003.58 meters of caves were surveyed, supporting conservation efforts, responsible cave management, and sustainable tourism development.
