Barangay Budget Forum and Preparation for CY 2027 – Day 2

The Barangay Budget Forum and Preparation for Calendar Year (CY) 2027 – Day 2, Batch 2 was successfully conducted with the participation of 16 barangays.

The activity was facilitated by Budget Officer IV Daisy V. Lobiano and Municipal Budget Officer Lucille L. Ytac, who provided guidance and technical assistance to the participating barangays in the preparation of their respective budgets for CY 2027.

The forum aimed to strengthen the barangays’ understanding of budget preparation, ensure compliance with budgeting requirements, and promote proper planning and responsible utilization of public funds. Through the discussions and guidance provided, barangay officials were equipped with the necessary knowledge to prepare realistic, responsive, and development-oriented budgets for the coming year.

The activity highlights the municipality’s continuing commitment to supporting barangays in promoting sound financial management, transparency, accountability, and effective delivery of public services.
