Barangay Treasurers Participate in Workshop on Barangay eSRE Preparation

As part of the Program Implementation Review and Strengthening of Revenue Targets of Barangays for CY 2026, the Municipal Treasury Office (MTO) of Prosperidad conducted a workshop for Barangay Treasurers on the preparation of the Barangay Electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (eSRE).

The workshop was presented and discussed by Zainelio T. Lazaga, CPA, Local Treasury Operations Officer III/Assistant Municipal Treasurer-Designate, who guided the Barangay Treasurers through the proper preparation and reporting of the Barangay eSRE.

The activity provided participants with practical guidance to help ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting while strengthening their knowledge and skills in barangay fiscal management.

Through the workshop, the MTO continues to support Barangay Treasurers in promoting transparency, accountability, and efficient financial administration at the barangay level.
