Coordination Meeting for the Implementation of the Rice Distribution Project

On July 8, 2026, a Coordination Meeting for the Implementation of the Rice Distribution Project was held at the MPDSO Conference Room, Municipal Hall of Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. The meeting was attended by representatives from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO), and the Municipal Planning and Development Services Office (MPDSO). The activity was also attended by Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC) Engr. Ludelio S. Paray, who joined the discussions in support of the project’s implementation.

The primary agenda of the meeting was to discuss the requirements, eligibility criteria, and application process for the Rice Distribution Project. Participants reviewed the documentary requirements and qualifications that applicants must meet to ensure that the selection of beneficiaries is conducted fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the project’s guidelines.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for the participating offices to strengthen coordination, clarify their respective roles and responsibilities, and address concerns related to the implementation of the project. Through collaborative planning and discussion, the agencies reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring an efficient and well-organized distribution process for qualified beneficiaries.

The coordination meeting reflects the Local Government Unit of Prosperidad’s commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, and inter-agency collaboration in delivering programs that contribute to the welfare and food security of the community.
