DAY 1 | Performance Management Team (PMT) Meeting for the IPCR Calibration and Evaluation of Final Ratings (JAN-JUNE 2026)

The Local Government Unit of Prosperidad thru Municipal Human Resource Management Office (MHRMO), hold a Performance Management Team (PMT) Calibration and Confirmation Meeting last August 25, 2026 at MPDSO Conference Room. This is to evaluate, harmonize, and finalize the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) ratings.

This process ensures that organizational goals, department targets, and individual performance are fairly assessed against established standards, preventing rating inflation and ensuring that rewards and HR interventions are based on actual productivity and compliance.
