DAY 2 | Performance Management Team (PMT) Meeting for the OPCR/IPCR Calibration and Evaluation of Final Ratings (JAN-JUNE 2026)

On August 26, 2026, the Performance Management Team (PMT) conducted a Day 2 OPCR/IPCR Calibration and Evaluation of Final Ratings (JAN-JUNE 2026) at the Municipal Conference Hall. The Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) under PRIME-HRM guidelines mandates that employee performance ratings undergo systematic review and calibration to maintain objectivity, equity, and alignment across all departments.

This review and calibration of final ratings ensures consistency, fairness, and alignment between individual performance output and the actual budget utilization/accomplishments per office.
