DOH-CHD Caraga Conducts HSRP Site Visit and Monitoring at Prosperidad Municipal Health Office

The Department of Health – Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD) Caraga conducted a Health System Resilience Project (HSRP) Site Visit and Monitoring at the Municipal Health Office of Prosperidad on August 5, 2026. The monitoring team was welcomed by Municipal Health Officer Dr. Fritzie Marie L. Jala and the MHO personnel to assess the progress of HSRP-supported interventions and provide technical guidance on the implementation of the project. As one of the recipient facilities and a newly acknowledged Primary Care Facility, the MHO continues to benefit from the HSRP in strengthening its capacity to deliver quality and responsive primary healthcare services.

The activity also served as a venue to discuss implementation updates, validate project accomplishments, and identify areas for continuous improvement to ensure the effective utilization of HSRP assistance. With the continued support of the Department of Health and the commitment of the Municipal Health Office under the leadership of Dr. Jala, Prosperidad remains steadfast in building a more resilient local health system that delivers accessible, patient-centered, and quality healthcare to every Prosperidadnon. see more…
