HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION (HMO) ORIENTATION

In line with the celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary guided by the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal at Galing para sa Bayan” a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Orientation was successfully conducted on September 18, 2026, at 8:00 AM at the Municipal Planning Conference Room.

The program commenced with an opening prayer led by the HRMO staff, followed by opening remarks from Eldie C. Vidal, MPA, MCR/HRMO-Designate, emphasizing the importance of employee wellness and social protection. The main segment featured key presentations from local officials and insurance representatives: an introduction of the health insurance provider by Ian Kenneth O. Alfeche, MPA, Municipal Accountant, followed by the HMO orientation and a detailed discussion on health coverage and benefits delivered by Lynn M. Lara, Marketing Officer. The orientation ensured that employees fully understood their coverage limits, accredited medical facilities, emergency procedures, and consultation protocols helping prevent unexpected out-of-pocket medical expenses.
