PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR – As one of its commitments to maintain a transparent and thriving local economy, the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office (LEDIPO) conducted an annual inspection of registered enterprises granted under the Local Investments and Incentives Code (LIIC) of Prosperidad.

The inspection took place on March 2, 2026, at the Renz Fuel Filling Station located in Poblacion, Prosperidad. The Local Investment and Incentive serves as a framework to attract and support businesses by offering tax holidays. To ensure these benefits were being used effectively to grow the local economy, the LEDIPO team performs regular audits focusing on five key areas:

• Legitimacy Check: Physical verification of the business’s location and its standing as a legitimate entity operating within the municipality.
