LGU-Prosperidad Delegation Attends FY 2027 Local Budget Forum

Representatives from the Local Government Unit of Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur participated in the FY 2027 Local Budget Forum: Sustaining PFM Gains and Advancing Strategic Procurement held on June 24–26, 2026, at the Grand Palace, Butuan City. The activity was organized by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Region XIII in partnership with the Caraga Budget Administration Group, Inc.

The LGU delegation was composed of Municipal Budget Officer Lucille L. Ytac, Municipal Treasurer Roberto S. Sabuero, Municipal Accountant Ian Kenneth O. Alfeche, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator Ludelio S. Paray, Municipal Human Resource Management Officer-Designate Eldie C. Vidal, Sangguniang Bayan Secretary Zaldy Chua, and Sangguniang Bayan Member and Chairman of the Committee on Finance and Appropriations Hon. Jeffry Glenn Jala.

The three-day forum provided participants with updates on the FY 2027 local budget preparation, public financial management (PFM) reforms, and strategic procurement policies. Through their participation, the officials further strengthened their knowledge and commitment to advancing transparent, accountable, and efficient financial management, ensuring the effective delivery of public services for the people of Prosperidad
