MHO-PROSPERIDAD PROVIDES HEALTH SERVICES DURING HANDOG NG PANGULO

The Municipal Health Office (MHO) of Prosperidad, headed by Municipal Health Officer Dr. Fritzie Marie L. Jala, provided various health services yesterday, September 14, at the Datu Lipus Makapandong Covered Court as part of the Handog ng Pangulo, Sebisyong Sapat Para Sa Lahat.

The MHO team attended to residents all over Agusan del Sur seeking medical consultation and PhilHealth YAKAP services, alongside maternal health services, nutrition services, mental health services, PhilPEN screening, and Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA). The activity allowed residents to access multiple health services in one venue, including screening, consultation, and other primary care services.

The participation of the MHO formed part of the local implementation of the initiative, bringing primary health care services directly to the community during the Handog ng Pangulo activity. MHO personnel from the different program areas worked together to accommodate clients and provide the needed services throughout the activity. see more..
