MPDC Attends FY 2026 LGSF Forum and DBM TRESE H.I.T.S.A.S. Initiative Launch
The Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC) of the Municipality of Prosperidad attended the FY 2026 Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) Forum, Updates on Local Budgeting, and the Launching of the DBM TRESE H.I.T.S.A.S. Initiative, conducted by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Regional Office XIII at The Pavilion, Watergate Hotel, Butuan City.
The forum gathered local government officials and representatives from across the Caraga Region to discuss the latest guidelines and updates on the implementation of the FY 2026 Local Government Support Fund (LGSF). It also provided participants with valuable insights into current local budgeting policies, fiscal management strategies, and government reforms aimed at strengthening public service delivery.
One of the highlights of the activity was the launching of the DBM TRESE H.I.T.S.A.S. Initiative, which seeks to enhance transparency, accountability, efficiency, and innovation in public financial management while promoting good governance practices among local government units.
The participation of the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator underscores the Municipality of Prosperidad’s commitment to staying informed on national policies, strengthening local development planning, and ensuring the effective implementation of government-funded programs and projects.
