MPDSO Holds Monthly Physical and Financial Accomplishment Report (PFAR) Meeting
On July 13, 2026, the Municipal Planning and Development Services Office (MPDSO) conducted its Monthly Physical and Financial Accomplishment Report (PFAR) Meeting as part of its continuing commitment to monitor the office’s performance and ensure the effective implementation of its programs, projects, and activities.
The meeting brought together MPDSO personnel to present their respective monthly physical and financial accomplishments, review the status of ongoing initiatives, and discuss operational concerns that may affect project implementation. It also provided an opportunity to identify challenges, share updates, and develop strategies to improve work efficiency and service delivery.
The activity was led by Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC) Engr. Ludelio S. Paray, who encouraged all personnel to continue working collaboratively and maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and excellence in public service. He also emphasized the importance of regular monitoring and evaluation in ensuring that the office’s targets and commitments are achieved efficiently.
The Monthly PFAR Meeting serves as an essential management tool that enables the MPDSO to assess progress, strengthen coordination among personnel, and align office activities with the development goals of the Municipality of Prosperidad.
