MPDSO Participates in the Formulation of the Agri-Forestry Research and Innovation Agenda

PROSPERIDAD, Agusan del Sur — Architect Charlene L. Bahalla of the Municipal Planning and Development Services Office (MPDSO) participated in the Formulation of the Agri-Forestry Research and Innovation Agenda on July 8–9, 2026, held at the PRDIO Conference Room, Government Center, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.

The two-day activity was organized by the Provincial Research Development and Innovation Office (PRDIO) of the Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur and gathered Municipal Agriculturists and representatives from Municipal Planning and Development Offices across the province.

The workshop aimed to gather inputs from key stakeholders in identifying research priorities, opportunities, and strategic directions that will guide the development of a responsive and evidence-based Agri-Forestry Research and Innovation Agenda for Agusan del Sur. Discussions focused on aligning provincial research initiatives with local agricultural concerns, development priorities, and innovation needs.

Through the active participation of local government representatives, the activity strengthened collaboration among stakeholders in promoting sustainable agriculture, forestry, and innovation-driven development. The participation of Architect Charlene L. Bahalla highlights the Municipality of Prosperidad’s commitment to supporting research-based planning and contributing to provincial initiatives that enhance the agriculture and forestry sectors for the benefit of local communities.
