MPDSO Participates in the Municipal Orientation on Panahon ng PAGKILOS: Philippine Community Resilience Project (PCRP)

The Municipal Planning and Development Services Office (MPDSO) of the Municipality of Prosperidad participated in the Municipal Orientation on Panahon ng Pagkilos: Philippine Community Resilience Project (PCRP) on June 29, 2026, held at the 2nd Floor, Farmers Training Hall, MAGRO Municipal Ground. The activity was organized by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) through the KALAHI-CIDSS Philippine Community Resilience Project (PCRP).

The orientation gathered municipal government offices, barangay representatives, facilitators, and other key stakeholders to strengthen collaboration in implementing the Philippine Community Resilience Project. As one of the invited stakeholders, the MPDSO actively participated in the discussions to better understand the project’s framework and implementation strategies.

The activity covered the project’s development context, objectives, implementation processes, institutional arrangements, stakeholder responsibilities, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Stakeholders Feedback Mechanism (SFM), Community Resilience Implementation Process (CRIP), Social and Environmental Safeguards Framework (ESSF), Municipal Profile Template, data consolidation requirements, and the project’s schedules and timelines.

The orientation also emphasized the importance of inter-agency coordination and stakeholder commitment in enhancing the resilience of vulnerable communities against climate change, disasters, and other socio-economic challenges.

The Municipal Planning and Development Services Office remains committed to supporting programs that promote resilient, sustainable, and inclusive local development through effective planning, collaboration, and active participation in initiatives that benefit the people of Prosperidad.
