MTO Participates in IPCR Rating Calibration and Confirmation

The Municipal Treasury Office (MTO) of Prosperidad, headed by Municipal Treasurer Roberto S. Sabuero, MPA, participated in the Performance Management Team (PMT) IPCR Rating Calibration and Confirmation held on August 25, 2026, at the Municipal Planning and Development Services Conference Room.

The activity focused on reviewing and calibrating the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) ratings covering January to June 2026. It aimed to ensure that employee performance assessments were fair, consistent, accurate, and aligned with the municipality’s established performance standards.

Through this initiative, the Local Government Unit of Prosperidad continues to promote transparency, accountability, and excellence in public service while recognizing the contributions and accomplishments of its personnel.
