MTO Prosperidad Participates in Day 1 of the 30th MLLBO Annual General Convention and Seminar

DAVAO CITY, August 18, 2026 – The Municipal Treasury Office (MTO) of Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur, duly represented by Municipal Treasurer ROBERTO S. SABUERO, MPA, participated in the Day 1 activities of the 30th Mindanao League of Local Budget Officers, Inc. (MLLBO, Inc.) Annual General Convention and Seminar held at the SMX Convention Center, SM Lanang Premier, Davao City.

The opening day featured the formal opening ceremonies, messages from MLLBO and Davao City officials, and a keynote speech by DBM Acting Secretary Kim Robert C. De Leon, followed by an awarding ceremony and fellowship among delegates.

With the theme “The LGU Budget – A Tool for Transparency and Accountability in Public Financial Management,” the convention promotes knowledge-sharing and collaboration among local government finance practitioners toward more transparent, accountable, and effective public financial management.
