MTO Prosperidad Participates in Day 2 Morning Session on Fuel Dispensing Calibration

DAVAO CITY – September 3, 2026 – Personnel from the Municipal Treasury Office (MTO) of Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur participated in the Day 2 morning session of the Seminar-Training on Fuel Dispensing Calibration and Weighing Scale Verification, which focused on strengthening participants’ technical knowledge and practical understanding of fuel dispensing calibration.

Serving as the resource speaker, Engr. Ethel Mae V. Alba guided the participants through the principles and standards of fuel measurement and calibration, emphasizing accuracy and proper procedures to ensure that fuel dispensing pumps deliver the correct quantity to consumers.

Through Engr. Alba’s technical discussion and practical insights, the participants gained a deeper understanding of measurement accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection—knowledge that can help strengthen the implementation of weights and measures services in their respective local government units.
