MTO’s Tejada and Florentino Triumph in their First Mixed Doubles Match

As part of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) Employees Sportsfest, the Table Tennis Mixed Doubles competition kicked off ahead of the official opening of the Sportsfest on September 1, 2026.

Representing the Green Team, Arden Florentino and Ailyn N. Tejada successfully secured a victory in their first game, marking a strong start to their campaign in the tournament. Tejada, personnel of the Municipal Treasury Office (MTO), teamed up with Florentino and displayed teamwork, focus, and sportsmanship throughout the match.

Their first-game victory highlights the competitive spirit and camaraderie of the Green Team and reflects this year’s PCSA theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan,” as LGU employees come together through friendly competition while strengthening teamwork and unity beyond the workplace.
