Municipal Civil Registrar, Human Resource Management, BIR, and COMELEC Lead Flag Raising Ceremony in Prosperidad

Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur – June 29, 2026 – The Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office (MCRO), Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) jointly led the Flag Raising Ceremony on Monday, June 29, 2026, at the Municipal Covered Court of the Municipality of Prosperidad.

The weekly ceremony brought together municipal officials, department heads, employees, representatives from national government agencies, and other stakeholders in a meaningful display of patriotism, unity, and commitment to public service.

The program commenced with the raising of the Philippine Flag, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, the recitation of the Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas, the Panunumpa ng Lingkod Bayan, and the Integrity Pledge. These activities served as a reminder of the responsibilities and values that every public servant is expected to uphold in faithfully serving the Filipino people.

The ceremony also served as a venue for the municipal government to share important announcements, recognize the dedication and accomplishments of employees, and discuss upcoming programs and initiatives that support effective governance and community development.

Through the collective leadership of the Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office, Human Resource Management Office, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and COMELEC, the Flag Raising Ceremony reinforced the values of integrity, cooperation, and dedication to public service.

The event concluded with a renewed commitment among government personnel to continue serving the people of Prosperidad with honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and excellence, further strengthening the municipality’s vision of responsive, transparent, and people-centered governance.
