Municipality of Prosperidad Conducts Sustainability Evaluation Test of KALAHI-CIDSS Sub-Projects in Barangay Poblacion
The Municipality of Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur, through its Municipal Sustainability Inspection Team (MSIT), successfully conducted the Sustainability Evaluation Test (SET) of completed KALAHI-CIDSS community sub-projects in Barangay Poblacion on June 11, 2026.
The activity was attended by the Municipal Vice Mayor, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, representatives of the Municipal Sustainability Inspection Team, barangay officials, and various stakeholders. The evaluation was undertaken to assess the current condition, functionality, management practices, operation and maintenance systems, and overall sustainability of the completed community-driven development projects.
The Sustainability Evaluation Test is a vital mechanism for measuring the long-term effectiveness of KALAHI-CIDSS sub-projects. It helps determine whether these community investments continue to provide quality services and intended benefits to residents while remaining responsive to the evolving needs of the community. The assessment also identifies strengths, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to ensure the continued success and sustainability of the projects.
