Municipality of Prosperidad Conducts Sustainability Evaluation Test of KALAHI-CIDSS Sub-Projects in Barangays Awa and New Maug

June 15, 2026 — The Municipality of Prosperidad, through the Municipal Sustainability Inspection Team (MSIT), conducted the Sustainability Evaluation Test (SET) of KALAHI-CIDSS Sub-Projects in Barangays Awa and New Maug, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.

The activity brought together the Vice Mayor, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, and representatives from the Municipal Sustainability Inspection Team to assess the functionality, operation, management, and sustainability of completed KALAHI-CIDSS sub-projects within the two barangays.

The Sustainability Evaluation Test serves as an important mechanism in determining whether community-driven development projects remain effective and beneficial to local residents after project completion. The evaluation focused on the current condition of the projects, the capacity of local stakeholders to manage and maintain them, and their overall contribution to community development.

Through this initiative, the Municipality of Prosperidad reaffirms its commitment to promoting accountability, sustainability, and good governance in the implementation of development programs. By ensuring that completed projects continue to serve their intended purpose, the local government strengthens its efforts toward sustainable and inclusive growth for all communities.
