MUTLAS, Inc. Extends Appreciation to Day 1 Resource Speakers

DAVAO CITY – September 2, 2026 – The Municipal Treasurers League of Agusan del Sur, Inc. (MUTLAS, Inc.), headed by its President, Roberto S. Sabuero, MPA, Municipal Treasurer of the Municipality of Prosperidad, expressed its sincere appreciation to Engr. Adrian M. Figuracion and Engr. Gretchen P. Cuevas of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) for serving as resource speakers during Day 1 of the Seminar-Training on Fuel Dispensing Calibration and Weighing Scale Verification held at Mergrande Ocean Resort, Davao City.

The DOST resource speakers shared their technical knowledge and expertise on weights and measures verification, basic principles and standards of weighing scales, proper inspection and testing procedures, and the detection of common errors and deficiencies. Their guidance during the practical exercises also provided participants with valuable hands-on experience and a better understanding of the proper application of verification procedures.

Under the leadership of President Roberto S. Sabuero, MPA, MUTLAS, Inc. gratefully recognizes the dedication and valuable contribution of Engr. Figuracion and Engr. Cuevas in making the first day of the seminar-training informative, engaging, and productive.

Their expertise and technical guidance contribute significantly to strengthening the capabilities of Municipal and City Treasury Office personnel throughout the Province of Agusan del Sur, particularly in ensuring accurate measurements, promoting fair commercial transactions, protecting consumers, and improving the delivery of public service.
