Orientation on PPMP, Eproc and Document Tracking System for the Municipal Process Servers and Encoders
To ensure compliance with government regulations while promoting transparency, efficiency, and accountability in operations, the processors of each respective office of LGU-Prosperidad attended the Orientation of Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP), E-Procurement, and Document Tracking System (DTS) last January 14, 2026. This also helps the agency strengthen the institutional understanding of planning, procurement, and document management processes.
Members of the Finance Committee and the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Lucille L. Ytac, Municipal Budget Officer, Ian Kenneth O. Alfeche, Municipal Accountant, Evelyn Monato, MEIPO, Engr. Ludelio S. Paray, MPDC, and Christine L. Alvizo, MGSO, spearhead the activity, and they are also the resource persons, recognizing vital roles in ensuring sound financial management and fair procurement processes. The interactive discussions allowed participants to clarify procedures, address common issues, and align practices across offices.
Overall, the orientation served as a valuable platform to reinforce collaboration among offices and committees, contributing to more efficient, transparent, and accountable organizational operations.
