Orientation on the Four Legacies of Children and Formulation of the Local Development Plan for Children (LDPC) and Local Investment Program for Children (LIPC) for CY 2027–2029

The Orientation on the Four Legacies of Children and Formulation of the Local Development Plan for Children (LDPC) and Local Investment Program for Children (LIPC) for CY 2027–2029 was held on August 12–14, 2026. The three-day activity aimed to strengthen the capacity of local stakeholders in promoting and protecting the rights and welfare of children. It provided participants with an understanding of the Four Legacies of Children and guided them in identifying priority programs, projects, and activities responsive to children’s needs. The activity also facilitated collaborative planning and formulation of the LDPC and LIPC to ensure that child-focused interventions are properly prioritized, planned, and integrated into the local development and investment programs.
