PhilHealth Caraga Conducts YAKAP Monitoring at MHO-Prosperidad

The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) Caraga conducted the Routine Facility Services Onsite Assessment (RFSOA) for the Yaman ng Kalusugan (YAKAP) Program at the Municipal Health Office today, August 11, 2026. The assessment evaluated the facility’s implementation and delivery of the aforementioned program using the RFSOA tool, covering key areas of facility operations and service provision. The activity was welcomed by Municipal Health Officer Dr. Fritzie Marie L. Jala and the MHO team, who presented the facility’s current practices and engaged with the PhilHealth monitoring team throughout the assessment.

The assessment was successfully completed, with only a few items identified for compliance within the 30-day period, highlighting practices that need to be sustained and areas that require minor improvements. The timely feedback allowed the health office to clarify observations and agree on practical steps to address the remaining requirements. For the Municipal Health Office, the activity served not only as a compliance assessment but also as an opportunity to further strengthen the delivery of YAKAP services in the municipality. see more….
