Project Monitoring Committee Conducts Inspection of Five Municipal Projects
On June 26, 2026, the Project Monitoring Committee (PMC), led by the Municipal Planning and Development Services Office (MPDSO), conducted the inspection of five (5) municipal projects as part of its regular monitoring and evaluation activities.
The inspection aimed to assess the progress, quality, and compliance of the projects with approved plans, technical specifications, and implementation schedules. The activity also sought to identify concerns requiring immediate action and ensure that government-funded projects are implemented efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with established standards.
The monitoring activity was participated in by representatives from the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO), Municipal Health Office (MHO), Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), Municipal Engineering Office (MEO), and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). Their collective expertise contributed to a comprehensive evaluation of each project from technical, environmental, agricultural, health, disaster resilience, and community perspectives.
Through collaborative project monitoring, the committee was able to validate the status of the projects, document observations, and recommend appropriate actions to further improve project implementation and ensure that public investments effectively serve the needs of the community.
The Municipality of Prosperidad remains committed to upholding transparency, accountability, and participatory governance by continuously monitoring development projects and ensuring that they deliver quality services and lasting benefits to its constituents.
