SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 : Municipality Strengthens Programs and Services

The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Prosperidad, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Frederick Mark P. Mellana, continues to strengthen its commitment to responsive and effective local governance through the preparation and implementation of Supplemental Budget No. 1. This supplemental budget serves as an important financial instrument that allows the municipality to address additional funding requirements and support programs, projects, and activities that are necessary for the continued delivery of essential services to the people of Prosperidad.

The preparation of Supplemental Budget No. 1 is undertaken through the collaborative efforts of the Municipal Budget Office, headed by Municipal Budget Officer Lucille L. Ytac, in coordination with concerned municipal offices and departments. The process ensures that available financial resources are properly identified, allocated, and utilized in accordance with applicable budgeting laws, rules, and regulations.
